Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Plays Manager you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter roster information for your team.

Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, including staff you let use it.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends, your account becomes read-only — you can still view, print and export existing plans — until you subscribe.

Paid access is $9.99 per month, charged in advance and renewing monthly until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Discounts or promotional pricing apply only for the period stated.

Cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. Except where required by law, payments already made are not refundable. If we materially reduce the service you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.

You own the rosters and plans you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, back up and display that content to you. You confirm you have the right to enter athlete information and will follow your league's and organization's rules.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access another account's data, no scraping or reselling the service, and no uploading of sensitive personal data (medical records, government IDs, financial details).

We work to keep Plays Manager available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. Support is provided by email.

Plays Manager is a planning tool. Compliance with your league's playing-time rules remains your responsibility. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.
