Features
Everything you need to plan playing time and prove it on game day.
Rotation planning that respects your league's play minimums
Build your game plan series by series (or period by period), and Plays Manager keeps a live count of how many plays each athlete gets in each half. Anyone short of the minimum is flagged before kickoff, not after the game.

In-series substitutions
Rotations rarely mean swapping a whole unit. Sub a player in at the start of a series or after any play, sub for a sub, and bring a starter back later — play counts update instantly.

Rosters your way
Add athletes by hand with jersey number, name and position, or import your whole roster from a CSV using our template. Mark someone injured and they're pulled from units and excluded from playing-time requirements — with a warning if a unit drops below strength.

Printables for game day
Export the rotation plan to PDF or CSV, print position-grouped depth charts, and hand your spotter a one-page tracking sheet with checkboxes for every athlete's plays and rest.

Saved plans and team defaults
Save a plan per opponent, reopen it later, duplicate it as a new version, and set your go-to rotation as the team default so every new plan starts from a known-good baseline.

Built for coaching staffs
Plans, rosters and defaults are stored in your account, so they follow you from the laptop on Tuesday to the phone on Saturday. Football has the full planner today; baseball, soccer and basketball have roster management and CSV import, with sport-specific planners coming next.
