California Privacy Notice & Disclosures

Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA and how to exercise them.

Last updated August 27, 2026

Scope

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

Categories of personal information we collect

Identifiers: name, email address, account ID, IP address.

Commercial information: subscription status and billing history (card data is held by our payment processor).

Internet activity: pages viewed, features used, error diagnostics.

Other information you provide: team names and roster entries (athlete name/initial, jersey number, position, injury availability).

We do not collect biometric, geolocation-precise, or sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.

Sources, purposes and retention

We collect this information directly from you and from your use of the service, to provide, secure, bill for and improve Plays Manager and to provide support. We retain account and team data while your account is open and delete it within 30 days of a verified deletion request, subject to legal and accounting retention.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, including information of consumers we know to be under 16. Because we do not sell or share, there is no opt-out to submit — but you may still turn off optional analytics cookies using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, and you may email us to confirm your preference in writing.

Your California rights

You have the right to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, to request correction, to request deletion, to limit the use of sensitive information (we collect none), and not to be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising these rights.

How to submit a request

Email support@playsmanager.com with the subject "California privacy request" and the request type. We verify requests using the email address on your account and respond within 45 days (extendable to 90 with notice). An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.

Appeals and Shine the Light

If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our response; we will explain our decision in writing. Under California's "Shine the Light" law we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
