Get from sign-up to a printed game-day plan in about ten minutes.

1. Create your team

After you sign up, pick your sport and name your team (for example "Vikings JV 2026"). You can add more teams later from the Teams page — one account can manage as many teams as you coach.

2. Add your roster

Add athletes one at a time, or import them all at once. The CSV import expects these columns:

number,name,position,unit,injured 12,J. Redd Jr,QB,Gold Offense,no 24,T. Jones,RB,Gold Offense,no

number is the jersey number, position is free text, unit is optional (football units, or leave blank), and injured accepts yes/no or true/false. Download the template from the roster page — it is pre-filled with your sport's positions.

3. Plan the rotation (football)

Add a series to a half, pick the unit on the field and how many plays it runs. Use the subs panel inside a series to swap individual athletes at the start of a series or after any play. The play-count sidebar flags anyone short of the minimum.

4. Print for game day

Export the rotation plan (PDF or CSV), the spotter sheet (one page, checkbox tracking per half) and position-grouped depth charts. Everything prints on standard letter paper.
